My pods have only been lasting up to 5 days, sometimes not even that long without it tasting burnt, I love the device but hate that I am constantly changing pods, what can I do to help this?
Hi Olivia, for this issue, you could check the amount of the e-liquid of the pod and add the ejuice in time when you couldn’t see the ejuice from the horizon line to avoid this, hope this will be helpful for you.
I bought the Edjo 4 days ago. The 1st day my battery lasted the whole day but now I have to charge it 3 or 4 times a day. It charges very quickly, maybe just a few minutes and then the light goes green. I take it off immediately. It is not very convenient as I always need to find somewhere it charge. What could the problem be?
Hi Julie, the reason why the battery doesn’t last long is that the battery doesn’t get the fully charged, when the battery gets fully charged, the light will be off automatically, if the light is still on green, it means the battery is still under charging, it will take around 1h to get fuuly charged, so please kindly check.

I really like your product but they started tasting burnt after 3-4 days of use. I don’t use them regularly and I’m not a heavy smoker, & the ejuice is always topped off. Any suggestions on that? And shall I get new pods now?
Hi Hasan, for the tasting burning issue, you could check the amount of the e-juice of the pod and add the ejuice in time when you couldn’t see the ejuice from the horizon line, hope this will be helpful for you.

I bought my Edjo five days ago, and after two fills on the first pod, it was constantly spitting juice on the inhale. I used the additional pod that came with the kit and am experiencing the same problem more severely after three fills. The ejuice that I have tried have been a 50/50 and a 55/45 VG/PG ratio.
Any recommendations as to what the issue might be? The only thing I could think of was that the VG is a little high and that could be causing oversaturation of the coils. However, this is a MTL device which is best suited for salt nic juices – which are most commonly made at a ratio of 50/50. Otherwise, I figure that the model is potentially faulty or the pods in the kit somehow lost their quality sitting in a box for a long time?
When it isn’t spitting, it’s a really good product. Flavour is great, battery life is great and the 1.8ml tank goes a surprisingly long way. I really want this product to be my vape of choice, but the spit-back makes it truly unbearable.
